Born in a peaceful Himalayan village and raised in Rishikesh, the sacred Yoga Capital of the World, Negi’s journey into yoga was a natural unfolding—rooted in the rhythms of nature and the quiet strength of the mountains. From an early age, he felt a deep connection to the spiritual essence of life, which has grown into a lifelong path of yogic exploration and teaching. With over 8 years of dedicated teaching experience, Negi has studied extensively in Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga, holding 200- and 300-hour certifications. He also holds a Master’s degree in Yoga, and brings a rich background in Pranayama, Meditation, and Yogic Philosophy, blending ancient teachings with a grounded, modern approach. As the Founder and Director of Adishesh Yoga Retreat, Negi is committed to creating a space where yoga becomes more than a practice—it becomes a journey inward. His classes emphasize alignment, breath awareness, and inner balance, empowering students to build strength, clarity, and resilience both on and off the mat.
